Procedure Overview

Step 1: Gentle Preparation

• Before the dentist can prepare your tooth for a crown, the tooth is gently shaped & cleared of any decay under comfortable local anesthesia.

Step 2: Optical 3D Digital Scan

• Once your tooth has been prepared, we will take an impression (mold) of your teeth. In seconds, our handheld 3D Primescan camera captures high-definition digital impressions of your teeth.

Step 3: In-Office 3D Milling

• While you relax or browse your phone, our in-office Primemill robotic milling unit precisely crafts your custom crown from a high-strength ceramic block.

Step 4: Same-Day Permanent Polish & Placement

• Dr. Anthony or your doctor checks the fit, verifies your bite, polishes the restoration, and permanently bonds the crown to your tooth. You walk out with a fully restored tooth!
