Samar – Office Manager
Samar recently joined the team, as the business/office manager. She grew up on the east coast in Pennsylvania & attended The Pennsylvania State University, where she obtained her Bachelor’s degree in Journalism & Middle East Studies. She lived & worked in government consulting in Washington, DC until she married her now husband, Dr. Anthony El Youssef, in 2013 & moved to Portland. Since then, she has been immersed in the dental community & has worked in continuing dental education.
Anna – Clinical Director
Anna has been the lead dental assistant at Mountainside Family Dentistry since 2009 & is very devoted & loyal to our office family. She now works remotely from Florida & will come into the office a few times a year to help manage. She attended the dental assisting program at Concorde Career College. She enjoys spending time with her three boys & traveling.
Minh – Dental Hygienist
Minh has been our wonderful hygienist since 2016. She graduated from Oregon Tech in 2014 & recently married. Minh is an avid dog lover & likes to spend her free time with her family. She plays tennis & dabbles in cosmetology.
Aye – Dental Hygienist
Aye hails from the beautiful country of Thailand & brings a wealth of cultural diversity to our Mountainside Family Dentistry practice. She obtained her dental hygiene license from Mt. Hood Community College in 2021, where she honed her skills & developed a passion for patient care. Aye is dedicated to providing top-notch dental hygiene services and ensuring every patient leaves with a bright, healthy smile.
Outside of her professional life, Aye loves to spend her spare time cooking. She enjoys experimenting with new recipes & flavors, bringing the same meticulous attention to detail to her culinary creations as she does to her dental practice. Her passion for both dentistry & cooking makes her a well-rounded & delightful member of our team.
